Romantic notions

I think one of the most romantic moments between Sheldon and I was when both of us were lying down on his bed (with clothes on you horny bastards), and we were talking and cuddling and suddenly both of us fell quiet and he stared into my eyes and I stared into his and he said "I love you, yknow?"

And my heart did a leap and I felt as though I was dancing in the stars.

And yes that was extremely romantic to me. I don't know why girls expect so much sometimes, I mean I'm guilty of it too, sometimes we just want our guy to sweep us off our feet by giving us a beautiful bouquet of roses, a pandora bracelet filled with charms, 100 helium filled heart shaped balloon or/and a traditional box of chocolates... So much that we miss those small gestures or notions. To me, they're probably the most important of all. They're small, but they end up mattering the most.

Don't over romanticize, or dramatize for that matter. Just be yourself, be thankful, do little things to make your partner happy :) it doesn't necessarily have to be expensive or extravagant, really.
